Payment Australia:
We accept Paymate, Paypal, Direct Deposit, Money Order, or Bank cheque. For Personal Cheques and Business Cheques allow a minimum of 5 working days from receipt of cheque before item will be posted. We will not post an item before money has cleared unless you are a Maryvale Computer Service registered credit customer.

GST: Yes being a registered Australian business we charge GST on most new items.
Payment International:
We only accept Paymate or Paypal payments from International buyers. Please email before making payment to check total amount owing including postage and packing to your country as postage rates in Australia differ from country to country overseas.

Postage and Packing
We mail anywhere in Australia via regular, express, or registered mail. Courier services are also available if required.
Postage and Packing International:
We mail to most overseas countries via Air Mail please contact us for shipping costs to your country.
Returns:
Please choose carefully We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or don't like the item once seeing it in real. You can choose between a refund less postage, exchange if available, or credit where goods arrive faulty or damaged providing this damage or fault did not occur after you received the item. We am not responsible for damages that may happen in the post nor are we responsible for items lost in the post. Please contact us if you require an RA form for return of computer parts. There is no return or refund available on digital media that is sent via email eg: templates, banners exc.
